In the month of January I read 4 Dirk Pitt novels written by Clive Cussler book, Raise the Titanic, Vixon 3, Pacific Vortex and Cyclops all very entertaining reading. But I need a Dirk Pitt break to many amazing almost unbelievable stories in a row.
I also read Water for Elephants, a very excellent and unique book, And also a very strange feeling when reading it. Since I worked on the movie (which is not out yet) I have the up close memories of the sets, so when reading hte book I was remembering sets first hand, i didn't need to rely on the author's describitions. Plus, I personally meet and touched Rosie the Elephant in person, so that was even more amazing when reading it. Plus, I spent a bunch of time on the train. All in all a really great way to read a book.
And have read 23 books over here since July (11 are Cussler ones)
Starting on June 24th, 2010 I departing from Los Angeles to Swaziland in Africa to begin my journey through the US Peace Corps. On Aug 23rd, I became an official PCV. Thanks for reading.
