So on day 4 a Friday the fence expect showed up after a one days delay. Now basically he has to weave a new piece of fence into the existing one, sounds easy but after watching him it is surprising puzzling how he managed it. There were 4 holes 3 fixed on Friday.
And he returned on Saturday to finish the 4th. YEAH, Fence secure.
Fixing the fence.
Well, come Monday morning we walk into the site and the fence has been taken apart and put back together in a not so perfect way.
So we investigate it turns out on Sunday's a church group uses the Center for it service. I would suspect it is just a few people which it kind of the style of service over here that happens in just about any space available. They have been renting it, so I guess they felt that since it was locked up they had the right to take apart the fence to gain access. Anyway, less then 24 hrs the fence had another hole it. The fence guy was called back to repair it. And to quote the fence guy "I hate having to repair my own work."
To the churches credit I guess they did put it back so to a certain degree the fence was secure post their service. Well, at the end of this week Mazinga will move into the finished room and effectively be building security.
So goes things in Africa.
Stay tuned.
Cool sunset photo of the grass inside the fence of the Social Center
What a hoot ... it'll be great to have someone on-site to keep an eye on things.
