Back home.

I arrive back at my home. Ah, my home, to tell you the truth it really still feels like a vacation over here. What is interesting is that literally as I stepped off the bus, my assistant coach was in the bus rank, totally random, so we walked back to the neighborhood talking about the upcoming games which start again on the 9th, practices starts on the 4th, I have a tryout for the team on the 8th. And I start back at my job on Mon the 4th. Back to the day job fighting HIV. It is interesting cause my Jan to Jun is already pretty much planned out. The soccer schedule, the Nelson Mandela schedule and work schedule all set. Rarely in my life have I ever had that feeling when starting a new year. One year ago I spent New Year’s Day in Las Vegas at Planet Hollywood then worked for 6 days on the strip filming motorcycle stunt riding and I was the 1st AD. We also filmed at Hoover Dam, Red Rocks canyon and in the downtown Experience. What a radical change of events in a the span of only 365 days. And I completely ready for 2011. I got more plans to add on top of the schedule stuff. So I will be very busy. And I can’t help think back to my CD interview that I had with her in July, where she told me she wanted me down to zero. Sometimes people just don’t get it. Cause 2011 is going to rock and for the first time in my life I maybe able to really make a difference in the world.

Finished my 7th Cussler book Iceberg. Worse one I have read of his books.

  1. I'll stay away from that Cussler book ... he really churns them out - they can't all be good. And hats off to you for 2011 - yup, to make a difference. You have, you are, and you will!
