A Sunday of work

Sat through Day 2 1/2 of sustainable gardening. I am sure much to my Dad & sister, I was very bored and not interested. But it is very much an important part of keeping people healthy in this part of the world.

But I wont be growing my own garden. But I do see the opportunity run a workshop that teaches (not me teaching) these parctices to the women of Swaziland (90% who attend are women)

It turns out that my GoGo (grandmother) whos homestead I live on is a student there and her garden is a perfect example of how to do it right. So needless to say I have been eating fresh vegetables often. Espically, PoPo (Payapa)

So far the casuality count is 5 different people have spent at least one night in a real hospital, maybe about another 5 have been to the Peace Corp medicial clinic for an overnight stay. All for various reasons but nothing major.

One lady was sent to South Africa to get a tooth fixed. I have been lucky other then the busted up feet all is good.
